We report on a study of far-infrared and microwave intragap absorption of a YBa2Cu3O7-δ thin film at low temperature. Our results suggest a superconducting energy gap with 2Δ(0)/kBTc ≈ 7 and residual, intragap absorption for temperatures T ≪ Tc that consists of three portions, a microwave and a far-infrared band of possibly nonintrinsic nature and sharp phonon resonances of intrinsic nature.
