Electrodeposition of Metals from Organic Solutions

Abstract

Stability and operating life of the hydride aluminum plating bath were improved, and addition agents were found which permit thick deposits suitable for electroform ‐ing work. Adhesion of Al to other metals was studied. A model continuous ‐strip Al plating unit is described.
