Depigmented Nevi: The Earliest Sign of Tuberous Sclerosis

Abstract

Depigmented nevi may be the initial cutaneous manifestation of tuberous sclerosis. In the child presenting with infantile spasms, the presence of depigmented nevi suggest the diagnosis of tuberous sclerosis.
