In either one of these conditions a relative or absolute deficiency of the myocardial oxygen supply is believed to exist and to contribute essentially to functional and ultimately structural lesions of the heart.Little or no emphasis is being put on the fact that the typical clinical features of "hypertensive" heart disease are not infrequently found without hypertension and...Bibliography1.
