Heterogeneity in Hip Fracture Patients: Age, Functional Status, and Comorbidity

Abstract

The heterogeneous hip fracture population can be grouped into homogenous patient clusters based on prefracture characteristics. Differentially targeting services and interventions to these subgroups may improve functional status outcomes.
