A constitutive model for plain concrete is developed to match experimental data on monotonic proportional biaxial loading. The material representation is presented in a form applicable for use with the finite curves to be duplicated from uniaxial curves. The results compare favorably with experimental curves as well as two other analytical representations of concrete under monotonic biaxial loading.
