This paper is the third of a series of papers prepared by the Working Group on Prime Mover and Energy Supply Models for System Dynamic Performance Studies. It describes various aspects of combined cycles made up of gas turbine, waste heat recovery boiler and steam turbine and develops models designed to simulate the response of the combined cycle plant for use in system dynamic performance studies
