Some migraine victims, long before consulting a physician, have learned to associate their sickness with the ingestion of certain foods and have accordingly omitted them from their dietary often with satisfactory results. The practice has been further extended by physicians who interdict for their patients as nearly as feasibility permits some one of the three great food groups.
