Surfactant Therapy In Neonates With Respiratory Deterioration Due to Pulmonary Hemorrhage

Abstract

Exogenous surfactant appears to be useful adjunctive therapy in neonates with a clinically significant pulmonary hemorrhage. Its use for this indication should be further investigated by a randomized controlled trial.
