Objectives: This study was designed to evaluate the use of the Boston Questionnaire, a functional and symptomatic scoring system, in the treatment of carpal tunnel syndrome (CTS).Methods: The Boston Questionnaire was administered to patients who underwent surgery for CTS. Preoperatively 34 patients and postoperatively 15 patients (12 females, 3 males; mean age 50.7 years; range 18 to 65 years) were evaluated.
