Abstract

The interpretation of normal or abnormal renal functions by examining estimated glomerular filtration rate heightened by hyperfiltration alone can mislead clinicians before adrenalectomy. Clinicians should pay attention to patients at greater risk of a significant decline in postoperative renal function.
