Paramagnetic resonance of Gd ³⁺ in zircon

Abstract

The fine structure parameters, linewidths, spin-lattice relaxation times and the hyperfine constants are reported for trivalent gadolinium, present as an impurity in single crystals of the tetragonal mineral zircon.
