Abstract

We consider the production of black holes through collisions high-energy cosmic neutrinos and nuclei contained in detectors. If the fundamental scale M* is O (TeV), as some higher-dimensional theories suggest, it may be possible to produce and observe about 102 – 104 black holes per year using the ICECUBE detector.
