Valsartan combined with clopidogrel and/or leflunomide for the treatment of progressive immunoglobulin A nephropathy

Abstract

The treatment with Valsartan combined with Clopidogrel and Leflunomide can reduce the urinary proteins loss and renal function deterioration for IgA nephropathy patients and cause minimal adverse reactions. Our study suggests a new clinical treatment option for IgA nephropathy.
