Abstract

A case is reported in which fetal erythrocytes were sensitized by IgG maternal anti‐Di b , which indicates that Di b incompatibility must be considered in cases of erythroblastosis fetalis caused by a high‐frequency erythrocyte antigen, especially in persons of Mongoloid or American Indian extraction.
