Epithelial–mesenchymal transition and clinicopathological correlation in craniopharyngioma

Abstract

Our study demonstrates, for the first time, the potential prognostic implications of vimentin, E-cadherin and β-catenin expression in craniopharyngiomas. EMT may represent a crucial mechanism in the progression of craniopharyngiomas.
