Abstract

Present data demonstrate that endothelium-dependent vasodilation is impaired in patients who have nondipper hypertension. The effects of vitamin C on impaired ACh-stimulated vasodilation support the hypothesis that oxidative stress contributes to endothelial dysfunction of nondipper hypertensive patients.
