Gyratory Shear Apparatus: Design, Testing Procedures, and Test Results on Undrained Sand

Abstract

This report describes a study to measure redistribution in sand due to cyclic shear and gyratory shear including descriptions of the apparatus and equipment, with shop drawings; test procedures; test results; and discussion of the study and findings.
