Native American people have benefitted from the commitment of the Center for Substance Abuse Prevention (C.S.A.P.-formerly Office for Substance Abuse Prevention). This paper describes a "logic model" framework which has potential for planning, implementation. and evaluation of American Indian youth drug and alcohol prevention programs.
