Pseudomonas Osteomyelitis Following Puncture Wounds of the Foot

Abstract

This paper reports three cases of pseudomonas osteomyelitis complicating puncture wounds of the foot. The clinical features which serve to differentiate this entity from hematogenous osteomyelitis are presented along with the therapeutic considerations.
