Handbook of Online Learning Innovations in Higher Education and Corporate Training

Abstract

If you take this volume at face value, based on the title, you will likely wonder, as I did, how the combination of "online learning," "innovation in higher education," and "corporate training" could coherently co-exist within a "handbook." However, the old adage about not judging a book by its cover certainly applies to this body of work. Yes, it is about online learning. It does have something to say about innovation in higher education. In part, it is also about Corporate Training. And it can, indeed, work as a handbook -there are all sorts of field tested, helpful practices described here.
