Effect of poly(ethylene glycol) graft polymerization of poly(methyl methacrylate) on cell adhesion

Abstract

Surface modification of PMMA using PEG grafting reduced cell adhesion. This may decrease the incidence of retroprosthetic membrane formation after keratoprosthesis surgery.
