Prenatal management and thoracoamniotic shunting in primary fetal pleural effusions: a single centre experience

Abstract

Fetuses with pleural effusions should undergo expert prenatal workup. Hydropic fetuses and those with massive effusions are candidates for thoracoamniotic shunting.
