Tetramethylpyrazine improves oxazolone-induced colitis by inhibiting the NF-κB pathway

Abstract

TMP improved the colitis induced by oxazoline, and its activity was associated with inhibition of NF-κB translocation, and subsequent inhibition of pro-inflammatory factor production and oxidative stress.
