Abstract

Summary An assay procedure for the agglutinating power of an isohemagglutinin containing serum with an average error of 14.4% (95% confidence limits) has been developed and applied to the B-anti-B system. The finding of Wurmser et al. that an equilibrium exists between isoantibody and red cells has been confirmed.
