Analytical results suggest that AT with concurrent MAIT achieves favorable subjective and objective outcomes in pediatric OSAS with PSAR. We believe that volume reduction of the inferior turbinate plays an important role in treating pediatric OSAS with inferior turbinate hypertrophy.
