Abstract

The following atomic coordinates and structure factors have been deposited in the Protein Data Bank, Brookhaven National Laboratory, Upton, NY. For the structure of rat cathepsin B with a pyridyl sulfide blocking group, coordinate code is 1CTE and the corresponding structure factor code is 1CTE-SF. For the structure of rat cathepsin B without any blocking group, the identification codes are 1CPJ for the coordinates and 1CPJ-SF for the structure factors. For the Ser(O-bzl) complex of cathepsin B 1THE is the code for the coordinates and 1THE-SF for the structure factors.
