Abstract

permitted a study of the TPNH binding of this enzyme by fluo rimetry.This paper presents the results of studies on the fluorescence spectra of the enzyme-TPNH complex, the stoichiometry of binding, the affinity between enzyme and TPNH, and the specificity of binding.The number of possible binding sites was determined.Some aspects of the interaction between Lmalate and enzyme-TPNH complex are presented and discussed.
