A Randomized Trial of Intrapartum Fetal ECG ST-Segment Analysis

Abstract

Fetal ECG ST-segment analysis used as an adjunct to conventional intrapartum electronic fetal heart-rate monitoring did not improve perinatal outcomes or decrease operative-delivery rates.
