Abstract

This study looks at mobility levels in developed countries and factors that explain differences between countries. Factors were identified based on case studies, expert opinion, and a literature review. Australia, Germany, Japan and the United States were used for analysis. The report then projects future mobility levels for four developing countries, Brazil, Russia, India, and China, based on the factors and trends analyzed in the four industrialized countries.
