Most of school staff had poor to fair level of asthma knowledge and management practices. Such simple educational intervention using pamphlets and demonstration of inhaler use and peaked flow meter was significantly successful in enhancing staff's asthma-related knowledge, attitudes and management practices among their pupils. It is very important that training is directed to all staff as pre-service and in-service programs.
