The enhancement of growth under specific magnetic conditions has been reported by many scientist. Parameters of growth processes that have been the subject of research are seed germination, crop growth, respiration rate, heat loss, and chemical changes in seeds/seedlings by various magnetic treatments. An attempt is made to review the progress and status of research on the effect of magnetic fields on plant life. This review highlights the need to understand the precise mechanism of the biomagnetic response. Many reports contain positive responses of seedling growth in a controlled environment with non-significant responses under field conditions. It is necessary to generate magnetic data and correlate them with the macroscopic parameters of germination power of seed, growth rate, and other biological effects
