Cubital tunnel syndrome is the second most common entrapment neuropathy after carpal tunnel syndrome. This condition may arise without an obvious compression injury or may be secondary to nerve enlargement or narrowing of the cubital tunnel. Clinical symptoms, radiographic and electrophysiologic findings, and the differential diagnosis of cubital tunnel syndrome are reviewed.
