Balloon mitral valvuloplasty during pregnancy--our experience.

Abstract

In pregnant patients who have severe mitral stenosis and persistent congestive heart failure symptoms despite conventional medical treatment, when feasible, percutaneous balloon mitral valvuloplasty is the best treatment.
