A large-scale multi-centric study in
\nSouth India was organised by the Tuberculosis
\nResearch Centre, Madras. The regimens

\nStreptomycin and Pyrazinamide, administered
\nunder supervision, twice or thrice a week for
\nthe first 2 months, followed by different

\nduring a 4½-year follow-up in approximately
\n1,000 patients with drug-sensitive organisms
\ninitially and 200 patients with organisms
