PATELLAR RESURFACING IN TOTAL KNEE ARTHROPLASTY

Abstract

As the present study showed a significantly higher rate of anterior knee pain following arthroplasty without patellar resurfacing, we recommend patellar resurfacing at the time of total knee replacement when technically possible.
