The role of EphB4 and IGF-IR expression in breast cancer cells.

Abstract

IGF-IR might be a upstream gene of EphB4. Besides, higher expression of EphB4 shows increased tumor proliferation and migration in breast cells. The study of EphB4 upstream gene and signaling pathway can provide more targeted anti-tumor point selection for targeted therapy.
