The dilemma in tribal administration has been centering round the issue of tribal development in a right direction. But what is right or fair is the big question. There is lot of controversy over the present day development paradigm of tribal development. The tribal people have been facing problems from both inclusion in to and exclusion from the dominant development paradigm of the country.
