The efficiency of sucralfate in corrosive esophagitis: A randomized, prospective study

Abstract

Intensive sucralfate therapy may decrease the frequency of stricture formation in patients with advanced corrosive esophagitis. Further studies with large groups of patients are required to confirm our findings.
