The 1994 Pressure Vessels and Piping Conference was held June 19--23 in Minneapolis, Minnesota. The purpose of the conference was to provide a forum for exchange of information on pressure vessels and piping components. The papers presented in this volume illustrate the application of fracture mechanics techniques to assess the structural integrity of a wide variety of PV P components. Attention was focused on the following three major topics: Fracture mechanics in pressure vessels and piping; assessment methods for stress corrosion of pressure boundary components; and user's experience with failure assessment diagrams. Individual papers are processed separately of inclusion in the appropriate data bases.
