Bragg's Law
Bragg's Law is a fundamental principle in X-ray diffraction that specifies the condition for constructive interference of X-rays scattered by crystalline planes, expressed as $ n\lambda = 2d\sin\theta $, where $ n $ is the diffraction order, $ \lambda $ is the X-ray wavelength, $ d $ is the interplanar spacing, and $ \theta $ is the glancing angle of incidence.
